In this first phase we will meet with the organization through a phone call or videoconference.

The objective of this meeting is to know in a very general way the main problem that the organization has to identify and if we can help them through our business consulting.

If we identify that we can indeed help and there is a good connection between client-supplier, we will send an offer specifying how we propose to solve the current situation.

In case of acceptance, we will carry out a more in-depth diagnosis, analyzing the current situation in the area or areas that we are going to work on.

We know that the better we diagnose the current situation, the better the tools that can be applied to subsequent with the work.

All these tools will be implemented in the next phase and based on four approaches.


Approach to Direction

We will work with the direction or management and the mission and vision of the organization.


Process Approach

No business consulting solution can leave processes behind. Processes are everything in a company.

Human resources are the most important asset of any organization.


Customer Focus

Without customers, a company would not exist.

The result of this study may lead to a better adjustment of the offer to the client, the message, the channel, modify some attributes of the product/service or modify it completely.

In this phase we are going to carry out an internal audit to evaluate what is being done well and what is not being done well regarding what has been previously implemented.

The best way to know if something works and is done correctly is to do an audit.


Within our solution as a business consultancy we propose improvement as a resource on a continuous basis.

We will use different tools to improve:

Study of non-conformities.

Problem solving applying critical thinking.
