The Madison County Association for Home and Community Education is part of the Illinois Association for Home and Community Eduction which was founded in 1924 to help people become better homemakers. Today MCAHCE continues to focus on the home as well as community outreach, volunteerism, cultural arts, international awareness and continuing education.

• Participate in special county-wide and area educational activities provided by the University of Illinois Extension.

• Participate in scholarship programs for you and family members, travel, meet other outstanding leaders, and experience unimited persona growth.

• Enjoy getting together with people of similiar interest.

• Have the option to enroll as an At Large member with information sent to you, allowing you to attend activities as your time allows.
