Roof Water Harvesting for Food and Household Use introduces learners to a simple and practical way of catching and storing rainwater from roofs for household needs and small food gardens. The module explores how roofs, gutters, downpipes and tanks can work together to collect water close to where it is needed, support water security during dry periods, and reduce pressure on other water sources. Learners will also consider how to use stored roof water safely, maintain the system properly, and share this practice with others in household, school or community contexts
