Discover How It All Began

Our foundation is built by a focused, analytical, lifelong learner, and above all, a follower of Christ, Ar. Ivy Gene J. Luciano. She is a licensed Filipino architect with a decade of experience, having worked with well-known corporate companies, rising from apprenticeship to a managerial role.

Driven by her purpose, she chose to share her knowledge and experience by establishing MBDC Building Design Services. She is also the founder of our sister company, MADERA Living, further extending her vision and impact.

Established in April 2023, our family-oriented team is still young in the business, but we are grateful for the impact we are able to create. With faith, passion, and a heart for service, we continue to grow, not just in numbers, but in purpose. We trust that as we move forward, God will lead the way. This is just the beginning!
