GENESIS

The curriculum builds upon the expertise of the executive students and endeavours to strengthen their business acumen across all functional areas of management. Taught by faculty from the School of Management Studies, UoH, other Schools from the University, and the select experienced teachers from within and outside the University, the programme tries to hone the skillset and help participants get themselves ready to lead more confidently.

INDUSTRY ALIGNED CURRICULUM

The programme adopts a carefully crafted curriculum that is aligned with the changing needs of the industry from time to time.

CASE STUDY PEDAGOGY

The practice of putting students in the shoes of managers and applying theoretical skills to real-life unstructured business problems has proved to be a successful approach in management education. The programme adopts the case study approach in most of its applied courses.
