ECHO ChangeHealth care

ECHO is used to check for payments sent out by MBA to providers and members. This tool is used to check how payments are sent out (e.g. vcard or paper checks). It is also used to check for if payments have been received or not.

InstaMed

This tool is used to check payments for premiums received from the member or third party organizations. This tool is mostly used for specific plans that we handle the premiums like MFD, Seniors Choice, and VSP with Crown Dental.
