MB Smart Portal provides an easy interface for TAG Volunteers to manage protected devices.
Please note that there is also a "Customer Portal". See below for information.
NOTE: Some configurations and options are available only to MB Smart staff, and NOT on the TAG members or parents portal. To make changes to these things, contact MB Smart support on the Slack channel.
You can search for a customer by ID, name, email, or phone number.
Only results from your association's accounts will be displayed.
Navigate to the User Search Section
Search for a User
View User Details (Name, User ID, Email, and Phone)
Check Payment Information
Account Creation Date
Device Information (Device brand and model, App version (MB App), OS version, and available storage on the device)
Account Status
Last Connected Date and Time
You only need to create an account for iOS, Mac, and Chromebook devices. (🚨 For Android, it is created on the phone and NOT created through the portal)
Navigate to Create an Account Section
Put your association's link code or ask your coordinator. for example ( tagmexico, tagbaltimore, etc...)
Set a security pin for the user's customer portal. for example (1234 or any word)
Fill in the Name, Phone Number, and Email of the User
After you finish, you will see the image below, and you can install it on iOS, Mac, and Chromebook devices.
Android:
iOS / Mac:
iOS/Mac ID always starts with DN-. Android ID is a random set of characters and sometimes spaces.
In the Android Portal, you will see "Apps" and "System Apps" tabs with the Android logo.
In the iOS Portal, you will see "Allowed Apps" and "Restrictions" tabs with the Apple logo.
Due to your permissions, some tabs could not be displayed.
You can pay for the filter after you install it on the device.

Customers can remotely access the MB Smart Customer Portal from any device to request changes to their account
This also allows parents to control change requests for their children's devices.
To access the portal, go to http://customer.mbsmartservices.net/ and enter the Account ID and PIN.
After manually entering your Account ID and PIN the first time, save the new link as a bookmark. This way, you can easily return to the same account the next time without entering your "Account ID" again.
Important !! At least one mail application must be open on the device to contact support or the TAG office.
