Above are the K-11 English Language Arts Learning Essentials that are vertically aligned and from the NE State Standards. These essential learnings are the standards at each grade level we want all students to be able to master. They include the standards covering the areas of word analysis, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension and writing.
Above is Maywood's K-12 Writing Curriculum that was created by the Maywood writing committee with assistance from Ron Coniglio in conjunction with the other ESU 15 schools. The doc contains the writing genres, elements and modes for K-12. In addition it includes the K-12 editing pacing chart, the K-12 revision pacing chart and the K-12 poetry pacing chart.
