High Holiday Services  

All are in-person at the Friends Meeting House, 4401 York Ave S, Minneapolis and on Zoom; except for Day 2 of Rosh Hashanah and Tashlich.

Erev Rosh Hashanah, Friday, September 11, 6-7:15 PM

Rosh Hashanah Day 1, Saturday, September 12, 9:30 AM-noon, followed by a free light catered dairy vegetarian lunch, all are welcome.

Rosh Hashanah Day 2, Sunday, September 13, 10 AM – 12:15 PM, at Minnesota Hillel

 Tashlich, weather permitting, 4 PM, Minnehaha Creek

Tashlich is a ritual in which we symbolically rid ourselves of our transgressions by throwing seeds or bits of bread into a moving body of water, performed in the afternoon of Rosh Hashanah.

FOOD DRIVE:  please bring nonperishable donations on September 11 which we will deliver to STEP.

Kol Nidre, Sunday September 20, 6:45 – 8:45 PM

Yom Kippur:  Monday September 21

Morning Service, 10 AM-1 PM

Yizkor Memorial Service, 4:30 pm

 Study Session 5:30 PM

Mincha/Neilah 6:30 PM – 8 PM

Immediately following Neilah, Havdalah, and the sounding of the Shofar, we will break the fast together with Mayim Rabim’s traditional vegetarian dairy potluck meal.
