OLMC Junior High Supply List

2025-2026

Items that are purchased through the school.

• Student Planner - $6 due at the beginning of the school year.

General supplies for the classroom.

• 4 boxes of tissues

• 2 rolls of paper towels

• 2 containers of sanitizing wipes (Clorox, Lysol etc.)

• 1 bottle of hand sanitizer 

Personal supplies

• Backpack

• 4 Jumbo Book Socks

• Loose leaf (will need to be replenished throughout the year- make sure each folder has some loose leaf paper in it)

• 2 packs 3x5 index cards (will need to be replenished throughout year)

• Zippered pencil case which contains:

  • 1 box of pencils - (no mechanical pencils)

  • 4 red pens

  • 6 blue or black ball point pens (No gel pens, fluorescent colors or click pens)

  • Highlighters (4 different colors) 

  • 1 pack of Post-It notes for reading class

  • Rosary beads

• 7 Marble composition notebooks and 7 folders. Each class is color coded to help your student stay organized. To ensure it lasts the entire year, please make sure it has 100 pages.

  • Black - All special area classes use this 1 notebook and folder.

  • Green - Science

  • Orange - Math

  • Blue - Social Studies

  • Red - Reading

  • Yellow - Religion

  • Purple- Language Arts

Computer Class Supplies

• Earbuds or headphones 

Math Class Supplies

• Graph paper or Graph paper copybook

• Protractor

• Ruler showing inches and metric (no folding types)

• Calculator (Scientific TI-34 is recommended)

Reading Class Novels you will need to purchase. 

• Grade 6 - The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis

• Grade 7 - The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan

• Grade 8 - The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch

Art Class

• Plastic shoebox which is kept on a shelf in the homeroom and taken to art class.

  • 1 pack of colored pencils

  • 1 pack of markers

  • 1 box of crayons-64 count

  • Scissors

  • Ruler

  • 4 black sharpies (at least 1 should be ultra fine)

  • Crayola brand watercolors (Large 16 colors)

  • 1 Elmer’s glue 

  • Erasers

  • 4 sharpened pencils

Any donations of tissues, paper towels or sanitizing wipes for the “special area” classrooms are greatly appreciated (Art, Computer, Gym, Music, and Library)
