I'm Max, born and raised in France, and now proud to call New Zealand home. As a trained butcher and chef with years of experience, I bring my passion for crafting exceptional food to Max's Gourmet Sausages. My journey from the bustling markets of France to the vibrant food scene in New Zealand has inspired me to blend traditional techniques with local flavours, creating sausages that are as unique as they are delicious. 

For me, food is about bringing people together. That's why I focus on using only the finest, locally sourced ingredients to handcraft gourmet sausages that tell a story. Whether it's a family barbeque or a casual evening with friends, there's nothing better than pairing great food with an ice-cold craft beer.
