1. Welcome & Acceptance of Terms (The Ground Rules) I created this website as a 100% free, personal passion project to support my community. Because I am providing this volunteer effort without charge, your use of my website constitutes your strict agreement to all the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, your sole remedy is to close your browser and discontinue using my site.
2. Privacy Policy (I Do Not Want Your Data) I completely respect your privacy. I do not actively collect, store, track, or sell any of your personal data, nor do I use marketing or tracking cookies. My site is hosted by Google Sites, which automatically processes standard, anonymous technical data (such as your browser type) and essential cookies required for the website to function. Beyond this third-party hosting infrastructure, I collect absolutely nothing from you.

Strict Disclaimers & Assumption of Risk (Use At Your Own Risk) I provide all content, including my math resources, Arizona driving guides, simulations, and personal nutrition experiences, strictly "as-is" for general educational and entertainment purposes. By using my site, you explicitly agree to assume all risks associated with applying this information.
Academic Boundary: While I hold a PhD in applied mathematics and work as a professor, I am sharing all math resources and materials here strictly in a personal, volunteer capacity. Using my free website does not establish a formal student-teacher relationship between us, and my content does not constitute official academic instruction, graded coursework, or professional tutoring.
