Neuroimaging

In the last years I have worked on several neuroimaging projects. With the second one producing a unique data set which we are happy to share!

1. My PhD research project investigating big MRI data with machine learning techniques to uncover mechanisms ageing.

2. Improving the reliability of resting state functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging with Precision Functional Mapping. (together with Rune Eikeland & Meng-Yun Wang). We call it the Bergen Breakfast Scanning Club: Project Presentation Video.

Electric Stimulation

Previously, I worked on transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) together with Prof. Marco A. Hirnstein, in which we use functional magnetic resonance spectroscopy to observe neurotransmitter changes in Broca's area before, during and after word-production when receiving tDCS or sham.
