After you reach out, I will schedule a meeting/call to connect and make sure there is a good Coach-Athlete match.
After confirming there is a good match, I will send you a waiver and the New Athlete Questionnaire to help me get to know you. I will also send a link to process payment.
Once the waiver and New Athlete Questionnaire are received and payment is set up, I will create a customized training plan based around your current fitness, your experience, your schedule, and your goals.
You will receive a short-term and long-term training plan every 2-3 weeks.
You will get immediate feedback from me, and I will adjust and customize your training plan based on your progress and feedback.
Run coaching services are month-to-month at $80/month and include unlimited emailing/texting and scheduled video/phone calls as needed. While coaching is virtual, in-person coaching sessions can be arranged depending on availability and location. I am licensed, insured, RRCA Level 1 Certified, and First Aid/CPR/AED Certified.
