Personal Belongings 

No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to personal belongings including jewellery. Protective clothing will be provided for all services.

Price increases

Salon services and retail prices will be reviewed annually and may be subject to reasonable change.

Accompanying Visitors

Where possible, please avoid someone accompanying you. In the interest of safety, please avoid bringing children as supervision can be difficult while your service is being carried out.

Any children visiting the premises are expected to respect the property, furniture, fixtures and fittings.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee will be applied for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if the appointment was 2 weeks or more in advance.


General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR)

The government has issued legislation on 'subject data' or GDPR. On the 25th May 2018 Maximeyesd Hair Education GDPR Policy will be operational.

This policy exists to ensure that Maximeyesd Hair complies with the GDPR regulations and follows good practice and protects the rights of its customers/clients and also protects itself from risk of data breach.

The (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 describes how organisations and businesses must collect, handle and store information.  These rules apply regardless of whether data is stored electronically, on paper or on other materials.

To comply with the law, personal information must be collected and used correctly and stored in a safe place and not disclosed unlawfully.
