Our PTO Executive Board is a dedicated team of parents working together to support our school community. From planning events to organizing fundraisers and providing resources for teachers and students, this group helps make every school year engaging and successful. They are here to listen, collaborate, and create opportunities that enrich the experience for all. 

The President presides over meetings of the organization and Executive Board, serves as the primary contact for the Principal, represent the organization at meetings outside the PTO, and coordinate the work of all the officers and committees so that the purpose of the organization is served. 

The Vice President assists the President and carries out the President’s duties in her absence or inability to serve.

The Treasurer receives all funds of the organization, keeps an accurate record of receipts and expenditures, and pays out funds in accordance with the approval of the Executive Board. The Treasurer also presents a financial statement at every meeting and makes a full report at the end of the year. 

The Recording Secretary keeps accurate records of the organization, takes and maintains minutes of all meetings, and distributes meeting notes and agendas to the school community. The Recording Secretary is also responsible for maintaining the minutes book, bylaws, rules, and any other necessary materials, and ensuring they are available at all meetings. 

The Corresponding Secretary sends notices of meetings to the membership, manages the organization’s social media and email accounts, and coordinates all official communications with families and the school community. 

The Community Engagement Secretary builds partnerships with local businesses and organizations, coordinates outreach efforts, and secures donations to support PTO events and school initiatives. 

The Celebrations Secretary oversees event décor and themes, leads the setup of decorations at PTO events and parties, and collaborates with the President to plan and execute school celebrations.
