Arriving During Office HoursPlease come to our onsite office to register and receive your unit’s keys. We are open Monday to Saturday 7:30 amto 4:30 pm, Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Hawaiian time
After Office Hours Check -In ProcedureTo check-in after our office is closed, please come to our office which is located on the property. Outside, next tothe office's front door is a metal lock box. To access your keys, push down 2 & 4 at the same time. Then let go.Then push down 3 and let go. Then turn the handle to the right and take out the envelope with your name on it. If itdoes not open, turn the knob to the left and release, this will clear it, then re-enter the code. Important: Please lockthe box when completed by turning the knob to the left. When convenient, please stop in our office to sign in whenopen. Your envelope will have 2 keys and a property map showing the location of your unit. More keys are availablewhen our office is open.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY or LOCK OUTThere is a phone outside next to the front office door that will directly call our emergency after hour cell phone. Youcan also call or office phone number and our message will give you the emergency number.
Parking:There are no assigned parking spaces and we do not charge for parking. Please park in any open marked parkingspace. Handicapped spaces are available. Generally we allow one car for a 2 bedroom, and two cars for a 3bedroom. Let us know if you need more.
