Professional Goals

Education

My primary goal currently is to further my education in early childhood development. My current standing is a CDA, along with many other individual trainings I've taken during my current career as a early childhood professional. The main goal to further my education is this course through Walden, where I am acquiring both direct knowledge in early childhood education, and furthering my general education as well. This goal will help set my foundation in early childhood education and prepare me for my future in this field.

Career

My goal beyond my education is to advance myself further in early childhood education. I plan to work beyond being an assistant teacher to being lead teacher of the classroom I am in after earning my degree. My plans beyond that are to eventually succeed the classroom and being director of the center I work at. This goal is still far off, and to achieve it, I am working not only on earning a higher degree, but also spending more time with associate persons and organizations that we communicate and interact with to better understand how to run a facility, and also learning under the current director to better understand what this job takes to achieve.
