Matthew-Reed Consulting offers a wide range of event planning services. From class reunions to association conferences, MRC can assist in selection and engagement of a property to meet your group's needs, then provide guidance in all aspects of your event. MRC has experience with budgeting cost-outs, food and beverage projections, room block and event space acquisition, event flow, and event planning time-frame structure.

It all starts when you engage MRC to negotiate your hotel contract. MRC will work to get the best value for your organization at the property of your choice. Or if you do not have a property, or even a city/state preselected, MRC will assist with site selection and issue the RFPs needed to provide you with your best options.

Contract Review

Do you have a proposed contract from a property but are not sure if it will adequately meet your needs or if you are leaving anything on the table? Let the experienced individuals from MRC put their years of experience to work for you. MRC can review the contract and consult on ways to improve your positioning with the property.

The Full Concierge Experience

For contracted events with an attendance of 100 or more, staff from MRC can be on-site to be the liaison between your group and the property, freeing your people to focus on the specific professional or social needs of your group.
