Charles has been working with associations and small groups to plan meetings and conferences since 1991. He holds professional degrees in Education, Counseling, and Educational Psychology.

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Charles now makes his family home in Knoxville, Tennessee.

William is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. His educational experience includes time at Harvard University where he studied economics.

William is a life-long Memphian.

Jennifer holds degrees in social work. Her professional experience led her to involvement in professional organizations and a plethora of leadership positions.

Jennifer resides in Kentucky.
