Matteo Gallone

I am a Tenure Track Researcher (RTT) in Mathematical Physics at the Mathematics Department "Federigo Enriques" of the University of Milan.

My scientific interests are mainly in the area of Mathematical Physics. In particular:

• Self-adjointness problem for quantum Hamiltonians (Dirac operators, Schrödinger with zero-range or singular interaction, Schrödinger operators in Grushin-type manifolds);

• Spectral properties of quantum Hamiltonians;

• Hamiltonian perturbation theory (Normal forms, Fermi-Pasta-Ulam problem);

• Dynamics of systems with many degrees of freedom;

• Renormalisation group;

• Prethermalization in classical and quantum systems.
