Hey, thanks for finding my personal website! Just a quick introduction before you explore the rest of my page. I am a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior in the School of Business at the University of Kansas.
My research focuses on what influences voluntary prosocial behaviors and how work and nonwork relationships and activities impact individual behavior and well-being. This includes research on (1) individual prosocial behaviors, (2) individual social support, and (3) the impact of prosocial behaviors on individual outcomes.
During my doctoral work, I taught multiple human resource management and organizational behavior courses.
