Hey, thanks for finding my personal website! Just a quick introduction before you explore the rest of my page. I am an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business Administration at Abilene Christian University.

My research focuses on how people experience meaningful work, what influences voluntary prosocial behaviors, and how work and nonwork relationships and activities impact individual behavior and well-being. This includes research on (1) meaningful work, (2) individual prosocial behaviors, and (3) individual social support.

I teach a wide range of survey and core topic courses in HR and organizational behavior at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

I conduct assessment for assurance of learning in undergraduate management and campus-wide leadership development programs.
