FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL NARCISSIST

YALETOWN AGENCY IS WARNING THE COMMUNITY IN ORDER TO PROTECT FUTURE VICTIMS.

IT WAS NOT HARD TO EXPOSE THE NARCISSISTIC MATT ASTIFAN AND HIS HATE-MONGERING PERSONALITY.  WE JUST GOOGLED HIS NAME. 

WHEN WE GOOGLED HIS NAME WE FOUND OUT THAT MATT ASTIFAN WAS EVICTED WITH THE MOST SEVERE EVICTION NOTICE.  INSTEAD OF A 30 DAY NOTICE, MATT WAS SUCCESSFULLY EVICTED WITH AN EMERGENCY EVICTION OF 10 DAYS !!

The Residential Tenancy Branch did agree that Matt must be gone in 10 days.  They simply replied to Matt's Astifan's accusations in a couple of sentences:  

“The landlords in this matter have other families living in the building, which have not been evicted for children playing,” wrote arbitrator A. Wood in their Jan. 21 decision."

TO KEEP THIS SHORT, WE WILL LIST ONE MORE EGREGIOUS INCIDENT WITH THE NARCISSISTIC MATT ASTIFAN.  

1) IN A BEAUTIFUL SUMMER OF JULY 2023 Matt Astifan was organizing a public business event to "help small businesses succeed".  It was at a public location, actually at a college called BCIT in Vancouver, BC, whom don't permit discrimination at their campus.  

2) Matt managed to convince a few business owners to offer their presentations, whom I am sure would decline if they had been made aware of his misconduct and reputation.  The first speaker was  Sean Wiggins Founder of North Digital. The second was Doug Crowe Founder of Cosmic Llamas. The third speaker was Megan Shallow Founder of BNL Media Consulting. The fourth speaker was Trent Stonehouse Founder of Remote CEOs Academy, The fifth speaker was Kelvin Khoo Marketing Director of CampaignLabs.  The sixth speaker was Katrina Owens Founder of Knockout Directive  All of these professional business owners would never support a narcisist who bullies and discriminates against low-income middle-eastern citizens.  

3) To continue.  A middle-eastern, low-income citizen trying to find work decided to sign up and paid 45 dollars for the event.  

4) However. Matt Astifan when made aware that the middle-eastern, low income man signed up, Matt immediately banned the middle-eastern, low income man.  Which is of course chilling and borders on a hate-crime.

5) When the middle-eastern, low income man asked Matt Astifan why he banned a him, Matt Astifan stated that almost a decade ago, the middle-eastern, low income man offended one of Matts "body-builder" clients.  That incident involved a body-builder who was bullying the middle-eastern, low income man.  When the middle-eastern low income man stood up to the bully body-builder, Matt Astifan took the side of the bully body-builder.  Which is consistent: Narcissists don't eat their own.  

6) The middle-eastern, low income man, could not afford a lawyer and of course tried to offer his side of the conflict.  Which was that it was just two adults arguing, not a police incident.  However Matt Astifan is very well aware that Matt is able to abuse and bully the middle-eastern, low income man because Matt knew the middle-eastern, low income man cannot afford a lawyer.

7) Fast forward to July 2023 again.  The middle-eastern, low income man, thought that Matt Astifan was not a hate-mongering, narcissist.  The middle-eastern, low income man assume that Matt Astifan would behave a like a good citizen and do what all good citizens do, which is the old adage, "to turn the page".  

8) The middle-eastern, low income man even called Matt Astifan and offered to turn the page and act like adults. And not to harbour a 7 year old grudge.  To basically act professional. To basically prove that Matt is not just acting with his "fake smiles" and pretending to be an easy going guy.  Or a "the neighbour next door"

9) Actually. The recent provincial government decision against Matt Astifan, which had Matt evicted in 10 days proves that Matt is not the "neighbour next door".   The neighbour next door believes in Love your Neighbour, not hate your neighbour.

10) Which is why we encourage to not patronize Matt Astifan with your business or support him on Social Media.

JUST TAKE A MINUTE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.  GOOGLE REQUIRES AT LEAST 1000 SUBSCRIBERS BEFORE THEY DO BUSINESS WITH ANY YOUTUBER.  ALSO NOTICE THAT MATTS LAST VIDEOS WERE 3 YEARS AGO AND THEY COULD EVEN GET 1000 VIEWS.

2) CONTACT Michelle Castillo, who is the founder of a group called 

   "Digital Marketing for Smart Businesses" and request she removes Matt Astifan from the group.

3) Avoid Matt Astifan's ALIASES such as "Web Friendly" or "Internet Masterminds" or his website: "Matt Astifan"
