1. Programming: Created a MATLAB application to monitor and control several laboratory instruments using COM interface.
2. Integrating Instruments: Initializing and optimizing automated control of oscilloscope, X & Y-axis linear stages (linear actuators), and stage power supplies.
3. Analyzing Measurements: Created a surface plot (3D plot with a 2D projection) to map the X & Y position of the detector in relation to the intensity of the signal being detected at each location.
