「マルチカウンター＆数取器 - 差分チェック対応」(以下「本アプリ」)をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリ自体のコピー、変更、配布、販売、リースを行うことはできません。
本アプリは、カウント機能を提供していますが、以下の点にご注意ください:
重要な作業では、他の確認手段も併用してください
CSVエクスポート機能で定期的にバックアップを取ることをお勧めします
本アプリのカウント結果のみに依存せず、必要に応じて他の手段で複数回確認を行ってください
重要なデータについては、本アプリ以外にも記録を残すことをお勧めします
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。開発者は、以下について一切の責任を負いません:
本アプリの使用または使用不能により生じたいかなる損害
カウントの誤差やデータ損失による作業への影響
データの損失
本アプリの中断や誤作動
第三者によるクレームや損害
通知が正常に動作しなかったことによる損害
特に、以下の状況では通知が正常に動作しない可能性があります:
デバイスの電源が切れている場合
サイレントモードやおやすみモードが有効な場合
システム設定で通知が無効化されている場合
バッテリー残量が極端に少ない場合
以下の行為を禁止します:
違法な目的での使用
本アプリの機能を妨害する行為
本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング
本アプリの不正な改変
本アプリのデザイン、コード、UI/UXは開発者の著作物です。
開発者は、本利用規約を随時変更する権利を有します。変更された場合は、このページの「最終更新日」が更新されます。定期的にご確認ください。
開発者は、以下の場合において、事前の通知なく本アプリの提供を停止または終了することができます:
メンテナンスやアップデートのため
法律や規制の変更により提供が困難になった場合
その他、開発者が必要と判断した場合
これにより生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。

本利用規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、日本国法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。本規定は、お客様の居住国の法律に基づいて利用可能な強制的な消費者保護の権利を制限するものではありません。
本アプリに関する紛争については、まず誠実な協議により解決を図るものとします。協議により解決できない場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、この規定は、お客様の居住国の強制的な管轄権に関する規定を制限するものではありません。
本文書の日本語版と英語版に解釈の相違がある場合、日本語版を正文とします。
By downloading, installing, or using "Multi Counter & Tally Tracker" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App itself.
The App provides counting features, but please note the following:
For important tasks, use other verification methods in addition to this App
We recommend taking regular backups using the CSV export feature
Do not rely solely on the App's count results; verify with other methods as needed
For important data, we recommend keeping records outside of this App as well
The App is provided "as is." The developer assumes no responsibility for:
Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App
Impact on work due to counting errors or data loss
Data loss
App interruption or malfunction
Third-party claims or damages
Damages from notifications not functioning properly
Notifications may not work properly in the following situations:
Device is powered off
Silent Mode or Do Not Disturb is enabled
Notifications are disabled in system settings
Battery level is extremely low
The following actions are prohibited:
Use for illegal purposes
Actions that interfere with the App's functionality
Decompiling or reverse engineering the App
Unauthorized modification of the App
The App's design, code, and UI/UX are the developer's copyrighted works.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised. Please check back periodically.
We may suspend or terminate the App without prior notice in the following cases:
For maintenance or updates
If provision becomes difficult due to legal or regulatory changes
If deemed necessary by the developer
We assume no responsibility for any damages arising from such suspension.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this provision shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. However, this provision shall not limit any mandatory jurisdictional provisions under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this document, the Japanese version shall prevail.
