明確化: 本アプリは、分析、広告、トラッキング、識別目的の個人情報を一切収集・送信しません。サードパーティSDK(第三者の開発ツール)は使用していません。すべての機能は端末内のみで動作します。

セッション情報(名前、日付、メモ、モード設定、グリッドサイズ、カラー設定、小数点モード設定)
アイテム情報(名前、基準値、カウント値、初期値、ステップ値、目標値、カラー設定)

長押し連続カウント設定
通知設定(目標到達通知のデフォルト設定)
到達サウンド・振動設定(通知音のON/OFF、通知音の種類、到達時の触覚フィードバックのON/OFF)

すべて端末内のみに保存されます
インターネット経由での送信は一切行われません
クラウドに同期されません
アプリを削除すると完全に削除されます
本アプリは、データのCSVエクスポート/インポート機能を提供しています。

外部サーバーへの送信は一切行われません
エクスポートされたファイルはiOSの共有機能を通じてユーザーが任意の方法で保存・共有できます
インポートするファイルの取り扱いはユーザーの責任となります

目標値到達通知(カウントが目標値に達した際のアプリ内通知)
到達時のサウンド再生(端末内にバンドルされた音源ファイルを使用)
到達時の触覚フィードバック(端末の振動機能を使用)

外部サーバーへの送信は一切行われません
サウンド再生にはアプリに同梱された音源ファイルのみを使用し、外部からの音源ダウンロードは行いません
マイクへのアクセスは一切行いません

本アプリは、Appleが提供する標準的なクラッシュレポート機能を使用しています。これは:

Thank you for using "Multi Counter & Tally Tracker" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
The App does not collect any personal information. The App does not collect:
Location information
Personally identifiable information
Usage time or frequency data
Access to contacts, photos, or calendar
Advertising ID
Any other personal information
Clarification: The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data for analytics, advertising, tracking, or identification purposes. No third-party SDKs are used. All functionality operates entirely on your device.
The App only stores the following settings locally on your device:
Session information (name, date, notes, mode settings, grid size, color settings, decimal mode settings)
Item information (name, standard value, count value, initial value, step value, target value, color settings)
Display settings (sort order)
Haptic feedback settings
Long press continuous count settings
Notification settings (default target notification settings)
Target sound and haptics settings (notification sound ON/OFF, sound type selection, target haptic feedback ON/OFF)
This data:
Is stored only on your device
Is never transmitted over the internet
Is not synced to the cloud
Is completely deleted when you uninstall the app
The App provides CSV export and import features for your data.
These features:
Are processed entirely on your device
Never send data to external servers
Exported files can be saved or shared by users through iOS sharing features
Handling of imported files is the user's responsibility
The App provides the following notification features:
Target value reached notification (in-app notification when count reaches target value)
Sound playback on target reached (using audio files bundled within the app)
Haptic feedback on target reached (using device vibration)
These notifications:
Are processed entirely on your device
Are never sent to external servers
Sound playback uses only audio files included within the app; no external audio is downloaded
The app does not access the microphone
Operate based on your settings
The App uses Apple's standard crash reporting feature. This:
Follows your iPhone/iPad's "Share With App Developers" setting
Does not include personally identifiable information
Is used only to improve app quality
The App does not currently use any third-party analytics tools or advertising services.
The App does not collect personal information from users of any age, including children.
This Privacy Policy complies with all applicable privacy laws in your region, including:
Japan: Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI)
EU/EEA: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
United States: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other state privacy laws
Other Regions: Data protection laws applicable in your region
Since the App does not collect any personal data, many of the obligations required by these laws do not apply. However, we commit to respecting and complying with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised. Please check back periodically.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this provision shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. However, this provision shall not limit any mandatory jurisdictional provisions under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this document, the Japanese version shall prevail.
