Asone Thok

Asone Thok is a Anyar Region mixed salad. It is a sweet, sour and hot savoury salad of flour noodles, rice vermicelli and or bean vermicelli, fried tofu, boiled potatoes, bean sprouts, cabbage, cucumber, shallots, corriender and many other variants depending on the region. It is mixed with ripened tamarind pulp, and roasted Anyar chili flakes to add that tell-tale fragrance and kick.
