Two-day State Level Seminar on “Algebra and Real Analysis" organised by the Department of Mathematics, Vidyasagar Evening College with the financial assistance from National Board of Higher Mathematics (Eastern Zone) on 23rd and 24th April , 2018. Following resource persons delivered speeches on the above mentioned topics:

The expected participants (approx. 120) for the program were the under graduate students of Mathematics department of different colleges and faculties.

U.G. Board of Studies, Mathematics Organised a one-day Workshop on "Proposed Draft Syllabus for Mathematics (Honours & General) under CBCS" which is going to be implemented from the academic session 2018-2019. The date of the workshop was Saturday, the 26th May, 2018 in the Vidyasagar Evening College, 39 Shankar Ghosh Lane, Kolkata-700 006, at 12 noon.
