As a reminder, this year’s Math Retreat will be on Monday, April 27th, 2026. We hope that you will join us for this special event!
The deadline for abstract submissions is Wednesday, March 11th.
The abstract submission form to give a talk is done in collaboration with CERCA. The abstract submission form is available using this link: CERCA Application Form.
Notes:
If there is more than one presenter, make sure that you list all the presenters on the form.
This is done by selecting the “Add Collaborator” button under “Primary Faculty Mentor” in the Collaborator Information Section.
In the "Preferred Presentation Format"
Choose (first bullet) "Math Retreat"
Then you will specify your "Presentation length": 20 min (standard) or 50 min
Then you will choose the times you (and all of your collaborators) are available to start your presentation: from 8:30 – noon (select all that apply). Keep in mind that Math and Data Science classes (but only Math and DS classes) are cancelled on Monday, April 27th, so do not mark yourself as unavailable during any of your Math or DS courses.
If you are also giving another presentation/poster at CERCA, you will need to complete the submission process twice.
