I'm an Assistant Professor (Maître de conférences) at GAEL (Grenoble Applied Economy Laboratory), Grenoble Alpes University. I previously defended my PhD thesis in 2023 at the University of Paris Nanterre in the EconomiX laboratory.
The research work arising from my PhD thesis was based on the literature on digital economics, while also mobilizing approaches from growth theory, inequality economics and environmental economics. This thesis aimed to study and highlight some of the impacts of the digital transition. The first part focused on impacts from a macro-economic point of view and in particular on free digital services financed via advertising and data collection. The second part considered the micro-economic aspect to highlight heterogeneity between individuals, concerning digital inequalities or the heterogeneous impacts of the environmental regulation of digital.
Since the beginning of my post-doctoral contract in 2023, funded by the interdisciplinary project DefiCO2, my work focused on environmental regulation, particularly within the European Union. Two main projects have emerged: one examining the environmental regulation of data centers and the other analyzing the coordination of national environmental policies in the context of the European Green Deal.
Research interests: environmental economics; digital economics; inequality
