By downloading, installing, or using MathFella ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MathFella is a mobile application that uses generative AI technology, powered by third party infrastructure, to analyze math related messages and images submitted by users. The App provides AI generated solutions, explanations, and educational assistance for learning and problem solving purposes.

3. User Rights and Restrictions

You may:

• Use the App to submit math related messages or images for analysis and assistance.

• View, save, copy, or share the AI generated responses for personal and educational use.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive purposes.

• Submit content that is offensive, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, or that violates any laws or third party rights.

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the App’s functionality, security, or access controls.
  
  

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, branding, and features, is owned by us and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the messages and images you submit. You also retain the right to use the AI generated outputs produced in response to your submissions. We do not claim ownership over your inputs or outputs.

5. Generated Content

All responses are generated automatically using AI models processed through third party services based on the messages and images you submit. The generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content and for ensuring that your inputs and outputs comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third party rights. We do not actively monitor user submissions but reserve the right to restrict access if misuse or abuse is detected.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MathFella is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the generated content for any specific purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability & No Responsibility for User Actions

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of the App or reliance on the generated content. You are fully responsible for your actions, decisions, and use of any information provided by the App.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how messages and images you submit are processed and protected.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date will reflect the most recent version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MathFella at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.
