Greetings! I am a Postdoctoral researcher with the  Origins Project at the University of Bologna. I received my PhD in Economics from Simon Fraser University on September 2025.

My main research interests are in Applied Theory, Political Economy, and Development Economics. Within these fields, I am particularly interested in studying political institutions and their impact on various societies throughout history. Specifically, I am intrigued by the factors contributing to the success or failure of these institutions and their historical origins.
