Least Common Multiple - LCM

1. LCM of two numbers.

To find the Least Common Multiple of any two numbers, we always divide with prime numbers. We should start dividing with smallest possible prime number first. 

In this video LCM of 12 and 20 is find out using common division method. The LCM of 12 and 20 is 60. 

We can use this method of common division to find LCM of any two numbers. In-fact, we can use this method to find LCM of any number of numbers. 

2. LCM of one prime and one composite number.

In this video, LCM of 7 and 18 is find out using common division method. 

The LCM of 7 and 18 is 126.
