LONDON, ON
Our Mission:
The Math Bridge Speaker Program is designed to help students navigate the difficult transition between high school and university through a series of talks.
We want to show students that math is accessible to everyone, even to those that don't consider themselves "math people".
Presenters share their own powerful, personal stories of what made them who they are today, and how they navigated the process of landing on a math degree.
Math Bridge wants to encourage students to consider integrating math into some aspect of their degree. The utility of math highly underestimated, but also the job prospects of a math degree are also widely misunderstood.
Check out the example Math Bridge talk presented at our Recruitment Event on November 5th!
