Why isn't the app working?

The app may not be working for one of the following reasons:

1. You've reached the maximum number of rewarded videos available for your device or region. Please try again later.

2. Rewarded ads are currently unavailable in your country or region. Ad availability depends on our advertising partners.

3. Please wait a few seconds after opening the app. The app needs a short time to load advertisements and connect to our servers.

4. Check your internet connection. A stable and reliable internet connection is required for the app to work properly.

5. VPN detected. If you are using a VPN or proxy service, please disable it and restart the app. VPNs may prevent ads from loading or cause the app to function incorrectly.

6. Ad blocker or Private DNS detected. If you are using an ad blocker, DNS filtering service, or Private DNS (such as AdGuard, Blokada, NextDNS, Pi-hole, or similar services), please disable it and restart the app. These services may block advertisements and prevent the app from working correctly.

7. Temporary server or advertising network issue. Occasionally, our servers or advertising partners may experience temporary downtime. Please try again later.
