Welcome to Math Mint, operated by SmartX Apps. By downloading, installing, or using Math Mint, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Math Mint

Math Mint is an educational and entertainment-based math quiz application designed to help users practice arithmetic skills through interactive quizzes.

The app is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a gambling, betting, lottery, casino, investment, or financial service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Math Mint. If you are under 18, you should use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Virtual Coins

Users may earn virtual coins by participating in eligible activities within the app, such as correctly answering quiz questions and completing other in-app tasks.

Virtual coins:

• Are virtual rewards used within the app.

• Have no independent cash value.

• Cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged between users.

• Do not represent real money or any legal currency.

• May be modified, reset, or removed by SmartX Apps at any time.

4. Promotional Rewards

From time to time, SmartX Apps may conduct promotional campaigns in which selected eligible users may receive rewards.

Rewards are promotional, optional, and not guaranteed. Earning virtual coins does not create a legal right or entitlement to receive money, prizes, gift cards, or any other reward.

During a promotional campaign, SmartX Apps may publish a promotional conversion (for example, 2,000 virtual coins may correspond to a promotional reward value determined by SmartX Apps based on the user's country or region). This promotional value is provided for that campaign only, may vary by country, may change or end at any time, and does not guarantee that every user who reaches the stated coin amount will receive a reward.

Eligibility for promotional rewards is determined solely by SmartX Apps and may depend on promotional rules, verification, availability, fraud checks, regional restrictions, or other criteria.

SmartX Apps reserves the right to modify, suspend, reject, delay, or cancel any promotional reward or campaign at any time without prior notice.

5. Fraud Prevention

To maintain fairness, users must not:

• Use bots, automation tools, scripts, or modified applications.

• Create multiple accounts to obtain unfair advantages.

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or technical issues.

• Manipulate advertisements or reward systems.

• Provide false or misleading information.

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Any violation may result in removal of virtual coins, cancellation of promotional rewards, suspension, or permanent termination of access to the app.

6. Advertisements

Math Mint displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Meta Audience Network, and Unity Ads.

Some in-app features or rewards may require users to view rewarded advertisements. Rewards may not be granted if an advertisement is not successfully completed or cannot be verified due to technical, network, or third-party issues.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services, including:

• Google Play Services

• Google Firebase Realtime Database

• Google AdMob

• AppLovin MAX

• Meta Audience Network

• Unity Ads

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials contained in Math Mint are the property of SmartX Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the app without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Math Mint is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the app will always function without technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SmartX Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app, including technical failures, network interruptions, third-party advertising issues, or promotional reward decisions.

11. Privacy

Your use of Math Mint is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

12. Changes to These Terms

SmartX Apps may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
