Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application (“App”) operated by Phebsoft (Pvt.) Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  
  

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  
  

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using:

• Email and password; or
  
  

• Google Sign-In.
  
  

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  
  

• All activity that occurs under your account
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Description of Services

The App allows users to:

• Upload a CV or provide information (written or voice) to create a professional profile.
  
  

• Upload job descriptions to:
  
  

  • Analyze compatibility between profile and job
    
    

  • Receive feedback on missing qualifications
    
    

  • Improve weak areas
    
    

  • Generate tailored CVs in a selected language
    
    

CV analysis, job description analysis, speech-to-text conversion, and CV generation are powered by artificial intelligence technologies, including services provided by OpenAI.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback and CV content.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
  
  

• The App does not guarantee job placement or interview success.
  
  

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it for professional purposes.
  
  

We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit Usage

• Each successful CV generation costs 1 credit.
  
  

• Credits are deducted only upon successful CV generation.
  
  

5.2 Purchase of Credits

• Credits are purchased via in-app purchases through the relevant app store.
  
  

5.3 Non-Refundable Credits

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
  
  

• Credits do not expire.
  
  

• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  
  

EU Users:
By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that CV generation is available immediately, and therefore you expressly forfeit your right to cancel the purchase or request a refund under the EU 14-day withdrawal period.

Payment processing is handled entirely by the respective app store provider. We do not store payment card information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or unlawful content
  
  

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  
  

• Use the App for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  
  

• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App
  
  

• Use automated systems to access the App without authorization
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. User Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your CV and profile information
  
  

• Ensuring that uploaded job descriptions are lawfully obtained
  
  

• Reviewing and validating generated CVs before use
  
  

We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App.

Upon deletion:

• All associated data is permanently deleted.
  
  

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
  
  

• You misuse the App
  
  

• Required by law
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  
  

• We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  
  

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  
  

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  
  

10. Intellectual Property

All App content, design, branding, software, and technology (excluding user-uploaded content) are the property of Phebsoft (Pvt.) Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission.

11. Availability

• The App is available globally.
  
  

• We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or in all regions.
  
  

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
  
  

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
