To use the App, users must create an account using:
Email and password; or
Sign in with Google
When signing in with Google, we receive basic account information such as your email address.

Create and manage your account
Authenticate users (including OTP verification and password reset)
Manage credits and CV generation activity
You may provide personal and professional information by:
Uploading an existing CV;
Answering structured questions in writing; or
Recording voice responses (which are converted into text).
Voice recordings are processed using OpenAI services for speech-to-text conversion.
Your profile is stored in text format and may include:
Name
Contact details
Education history
Work experience
Skills
Other professional information you choose to provide
This information is used solely to provide CV analysis, feedback, and CV generation features.
You may upload job descriptions for:
Compatibility analysis between your profile and a job
Receiving detailed feedback on missing qualifications or weak areas
Improving profile content
Generating job-specific CVs in your selected language
Job descriptions and profile content are processed using OpenAI services to provide analysis and CV generation functionality.
The App uses in-app purchases to allow users to buy credits.
Each successful CV generation costs 1 credit.
Credits do not expire.
Credits are non-refundable.
All payment transactions are processed by the respective app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect or store payment card details.
We use Firebase for analytics.
Firebase may collect:
Device information
Usage data
App interaction data
Diagnostic information
Analytics data is used to improve app performance, monitor usage trends, and fix technical issues. It does not include the content of your CV or uploaded job descriptions.
We may send:
OTP verification emails
Password reset emails
Important service-related notifications
Occasional marketing emails
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option, allowing you to opt out at any time.
We use collected information to:
Provide and operate the App
Create and store your professional profile
Analyze job descriptions against your profile
Generate tailored CVs
Convert speech to text
Manage credits and purchases
Improve App functionality
Provide customer support
Send service-related and marketing communications
User data is hosted on a VPS located in the Netherlands.
Because the App is available globally, your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such international transfers.
We use third-party service providers to operate the App, including:
OpenAI – for CV analysis, job description analysis, speech-to-text conversion, and CV generation
Firebase – for analytics
These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal profile data with third parties for advertising purposes.
We retain your personal data only while your account is active.
Users can delete their account directly within the App at any time.
Upon account deletion, all associated personal data is permanently deleted immediately, except where retention is required by applicable law.
We do not retain copies of deleted user profiles.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
