Guiding Question: What is a good way to keep and remember Jewish time?

Participants: grades K-5

Duration: 5 sessions

In this expedition, students explored Jewish time by creating a calendar together. They learned about the construction of the Jewish calendar (which is based on the moon). They also explored the two “streams of time” (secular vs. Jewish) that they inhabit, and identified important occasions in both the Jewish and the secular parts of their lives.
