Kurtis Helm, CDT is the owner and CEO of Helm Dental Laboratory, LLC in Wylie, Texas. He earned his degree in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University and went on to serve five years in the United States Air Force as a Dental Laboratory Technical Trainer. In 1993, Mr. Helm returned to Texas to establish Helm Dental Laboratory, a full-service lab now employing over 50 skilled technicians. In September 2024, Helm Dental Laboratory acquired Digital Esthetic Solutions, located in Colleyville, TX, enabling the expansion of services across the entire DFW metroplex. Mr. Helm is a Certified Dental Technician specializing in ceramics and removable dentures, with advanced studies at prestigious institutions like the LVI and Pankey Institute. He is a sought-after lecturer, presenting nationwide for various companies and professional organizations on topics ranging from digital workflows to innovative prosthetic techniques. 

Dr. D. Bradley Dean, D.D.S., M.S., is a highly respected, board-certified periodontist with over 30 years of expertise in advanced dental implants and periodontics. He earned his M.S. in Periodontics from Baylor College of Dentistry and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Dean is renowned for his advanced surgical techniques, complex case management, and implant placement, including addressing complications and occlusal considerations. In addition to running his private practice in Plano, Texas, Dr. Dean has served as a part-time associate professor at Baylor Dental School and has lectured extensively at national and regional dental conferences. He leads hands-on courses and study clubs, mentoring dental professionals on the latest innovations in implant dentistry and tissue management, making him a trusted educator and leader in the field.

Dr. Brandon Baker D.D.S., M.S. is a highly skilled oral and maxillofacial surgeon, holding both a dental degree from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry (2018) and a medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine (2022). Following his education, he completed a rigorous six-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Florida, Jacksonville (2018-2024). Specializing in dental implants, orthognathic surgery, TMJ treatment, and airway surgeries to address sleep disorders, Dr. Baker is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care in a calm and comfortable setting. His practice emphasizes a collaborative approach with both patients and referring providers, allowing for comprehensive treatment planning and exceptional surgical outcomes. Now part of Advanced Implant and Oral Surgery, he is proud to continue the tradition of clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Dr. Schlemmer is a board-certified periodontist and Diplomate of the ABOI/ID.  She is a board-certified periodontist with a passion for precision, innovation, and compassionate patient care. Born in Panama and raised as a military child, Dr. Schlemmer spent much of her life moving across the country, ultimately completing her undergraduate and dental education at the University of Florida (2017). She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at UT San Antonio (2018) before pursuing specialty training in periodontics at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she also earned a Master’s degree in Oral Biology and served as Chief Resident (2024). 

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Schlemmer is actively involved in research, teaching, and organized dentistry. She continues to serve as adjunct faculty and remains engaged in advanced research focused on wound healing and immunology. Her academic background allows her to thoughtfully integrate cutting-edge technology, digital dentistry, and minimally invasive techniques into everyday patient care.
