This course will cover edentulous patient options from digital dentures to screw-retained, fixed implant supported dentures. Technology presumes there's just one right way to do things and there never is. This program will help you understand and determine the best options for each patient based on multiple factors including vertical dimension, smile line, and patient compliance among others. This program will also cover the indications and intended use of several different options. Features and benefits of digital dentures, treatment planning for the edentulous patient and overdentures, and All on X treatment options will be presented and discussed. Digital workflows for each type of restoration will be included. Hands-on activities will encompassed in the course so that you learn how to complete each step along the way.
Upon completion of this program, participants will:
Know the difference between implant supported and implant retained options.

Immediate implant placement has transformed modern implant dentistry—allowing clinicians to shorten treatment timelines, preserve tissue architecture, and dramatically improve the patient experience. However, predictable outcomes require careful case selection, precise surgical protocols, and a clear understanding of when immediacy is the right choice.
This course will explore practical, real-world strategies for immediate implant placement and restoration, including an in-depth look at full arch immediacy. Attendees will learn how to evaluate extraction sites, achieve primary stability, and manage immediate provisionalization to support long-term success. Through clinical insights and modern workflows, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to implement immediacy protocols for both single implants and full arch cases.
Key Highlights:
Immediate implants—done right
Learn when immediate placement is predictable and when delayed treatment is the smarter choice.
Case selection that prevents complications
Identify ideal candidates and avoid the clinical scenarios most likely to fail.
Extraction site management for esthetic success
Techniques to preserve bone and soft tissue for optimal implant positioning.
Immediate provisionalization protocols
How to deliver same-day temporaries while protecting implant stability during healing.
Full arch immediacy workflows
Learn the clinical considerations and protocols behind immediate full arch implant cases.
