Hi — I’m Nicolas Vargas. I started training as a way to heal a very personal struggle: I used exercise as therapy to get through an anxious-depressive disorder. That journey changed my life and became my purpose — today I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. If you’re new to fitness, returning after a long break, or struggling with obesity or mental-health challenges, I’ll meet you where you are — with patience, empathy, and a plan that grows with you.
I’m a former long-distance runner and Spartan Race Mexico competitor, and those experiences taught me discipline, resilience, and how small, consistent steps add up to big change. I hold a high diploma in sports nutrition and have 7+ certifications, including internationally recognized credentials: IFBB PRO, NASM, and ISAK. I also spent four years running a community gym, creating local running events and programs to get young people moving — because I believe fitness should be welcoming, accessible, and joyful.
My approach is simple and humane: evidence-based training, realistic nutrition guidance, and coaching that considers your life, your limits, and your hopes. I design programs that are safe, effective, and—most importantly—sustainable. We’ll celebrate small wins, adapt when life gets in the way, and keep a compassionate focus on progress over perfection.
