Not at all. Most of my clients are beginners. I will teach you everything step by step, from proper technique to safe progression. My goal is to make you feel confident, supported, and capable — no matter your starting point.
Yes. I can train you with or without equipment.
However, for best results, I recommend having a mat, a pair of dumbbells, and a chair or bench.
If you don’t have them yet, don’t worry — we can still begin, and I’ll guide you on what to buy later based on your goals and budget.
In-home or Gym sessions last 60 minutes.
I also train clients in the gyms where I coach, within the Dublin areas of D2, D4, D6, and D8.

I work with many people who are recovering from injuries, have mobility limitations, or deal with weight or mental-health challenges.
I adapt every workout to what you can do safely, making sure we avoid pain or further injury.

Training starts from €40 per hour, per person.
Monthly plans with 20 sessions include a full anthropometric assessment to track your physical progress in detail.
