A minimum 24‑hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in being charged for the scheduled session.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
The full fee for the originally scheduled appointment still applies.
(Example: If a 60‑minute session begins 20 minutes late, the session will still be charged as a 60‑minute appointment.)
Outside of emergencies, failure to cancel or arrive for a scheduled appointment may result in being charged for the missed session.
Payment for missed appointments may be required before booking future sessions.
I am not on‑site all day. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify the BaxPlus office as soon as possible. This helps prevent unnecessary travel and ensures efficient scheduling for all clients.
I provide professional, therapeutic massage only.
Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and dismissal from future scheduling.
Please inform the BaxPlus office if you are pregnant or unable to lie flat on the massage table. Appropriate positioning and support can be prepared in advance. Clients must be able to lie safely and comfortably on the table, either flat or side‑lying. If you are unable to do so, massage may not be appropriate at this location.
Prenatal massage is available at no additional cost.
(Hot stone services are not available for prenatal sessions.)
If you are ill, running a fever, or experiencing contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
Payment is handled through BaxPlus at the time of service.
