This first Mason Districts Art Festival is the result of over a year's worth of effort and planning. This event is produced by the Mason Arts Council, a local group of artists and supporters in the Mason District of Fairfax County, formed in 2024. The Mason Arts Council seeks to increase the role of culture in our community through the support of artists of all types by promoting community activities, social events, and arts-focused programming.
The Mason Arts Council's goal for the Festival is to connect artists with patrons and to support promotion and sales of the artists’ work. We believe in keeping the cost to artists as low as possible; thus, no commission is collected by Mason Arts Council on any artwork sold. While cultivating collectors and patrons of the arts, the Festival also strives to make art accessible to all.
Please Note: Participating artists are to provide their own tent/booth set up. If artists are unable to provide a tent, please contact the Festival Organizers to see about loans of tents.
