Adjust button behavior using meta tag modifications
IOC_NoSubmit: Removes submit button
IOC_NoCancel: Removes cancel button
IOC_NoDraft: Removes save as draft button
IOC_NoDefaults: Removes save as default button
IOC_InfoOnly: Removes all buttons
IOC_EditCancelNEW TEXT): edits the display text of the cancel button
IOC_EditSubmit(NEW TEXT): edits the display text of the submit button (for example: use it to change eforms in eform groups to say "continue to next form" instead of "submit")
