Even the tiniest thing can become something big and change someone’s life.
A little fir branch, forgotten by the roadside, can become a beautiful Christmas tree. And a puppy left out on the street can become a beloved member of a family.

In a big, indifferent city lives a tiny old man. His home is a small cardboard box surrounded by concrete, snow and the endless rush of the city.
Everything changes when he finds an abandoned puppy on the street — just as lonely and unnoticed as he is.
By caring for one another, the two characters find warmth, a home, and the feeling that they are needed.

Unfortunately, in today’s world, many elderly people experience loneliness and become invisible to those around them.
This is at the heart of our story: a tiny old man living alone in the middle of a vast city. We emphasize the contrast in scale to convey his emotions and inner state without words.
The film explores universal and socially relevant themes of loneliness, ageing, homelessness and responsibility towards animals. Through a simple encounter between two overlooked beings, the story reflects on the human need for connection, care and belonging.
