Welcome to the 27th IEEE International Symposium on the Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation of Computer and Telecommunication Systems, affectionately known as MASCOTS.

IEEE MASCOTS 2019 is a 3-day conference focusing on the performance modeling and analysis of computer systems and communication networks. The technical program for the IEEE MASCOTS 2019 conference include keynote talks, full papers, and short papers.
