Weekly Execution Review
• Week 1: You’ll send videos of all exercises so I can assess your technique, posture, and execution. From the very start, I’ll provide the necessary corrections to set you up for success.
• From Week 2 onward: You’ll only need to send videos of specific exercises where adjustments are needed. This allows me to focus on refining key movements based on your individual progress, ensuring a more personalized approach.
Progress & Adjustments
Your training plan is not changed monthly but rather adjusted based on your performance, progress, and goals. I’ll also monitor your load progression to make sure you’re advancing safely and effectively.
Consistency and progression are the keys to real results. More changes don’t always mean better outcomes—trust the process!
Workout-Only Option
If you’re following the workout-only plan, you’ll receive detailed feedback during the first two weeks to ensure you’re executing the exercises correctly.
