Your nutrition plan is designed to be flexible—no rigid restrictions, just smart guidance tailored to you. We use MyFitnessPal as a tool to track your food intake, but I’ll personally guide you through its correct use, helping you avoid common mistakes and optimize your tracking.
This level of personalized support is unique—it’s not just about logging food; it’s about learning how to manage your nutrition effectively.
I take care of calculating your macronutrient needs (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) based on your body, activity level, and goals. You’ll weigh and measure your food to ensure accuracy, and I’ll make adjustments when necessary, ensuring that your plan evolves with your progress.
With this approach, you won’t just follow a plan—you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to manage your nutrition for life.
Nutrition Check-ins (weight and measurements)
Each week, I personally monitor your progress with a detailed check-in process, alternating between photos/measurements one week and only measurements the next (according a Check IN Form). This isn’t just about numbers; it’s about understanding how you're feeling, adjusting strategies, and identifying areas for improvement. I’m here to support you every step of the way, ensuring that your plan evolves with your needs, making adjustments as necessary to keep you on track.
For Nutrition-only plans, this same check-in is done weekly, and it also focuses on how your body is responding to your nutrition plan, allowing me to make adjustments to maximize your results.
